Term 2 2021 - British Values

In school, we have been learning about the value of Mutual Respect as we held a service and a minute's silence for remembrance day.

We have also been considering the value of democracy. Year 5 have been learning about the influence of Ancient Greek democracy in the modern word.

Each class elected their own chief school council officer and deputy school council officer. They meet every fortnight to discuss how to improve the school. These officers represent their class. The class members give them suggestions to raise at the school council meeting.

Another key British value is the Rule of Law. At the beginning of a school year, each year group reaffirms the class rules.
